Lot of two vintage Michelin advertising belt buckles featuring the iconic Michelin Man “Bibendum.” One buckle depicts Bibendum riding a motorcycle in relief with enamel-style coloring, while the other features a circular design with Bibendum standing beside a tire surrounded by stars and the words “MICHELIN – MADE IN USA.”

Both buckles are heavy cast metal examples produced as collectible advertising items. The reverse sides display serial numbers “655” and “9365,” along with copyright markings. Michelin belt buckles remain popular among automobilia and advertising memorabilia collectors.

Large, fragile, or specialty items may require third-party handling. In such cases, buyers will be provided with recommended professional shippers and will coordinate directly with the carrier.

Transfer of Risk

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. All shipments are insured for the declared value unless otherwise requested.
